Hello! I am a 27 year old lady living in NY. I am doing Operation Healthy Ashley. I am trying to eat healthier and get back into running (which I used to LOVE). I want to be healthy and in shape and also lose a little weight. So I will be documenting that here. Updating my ups and downs to get healthy is a way to keep me accountable and on track. And maybe get a little support too. When I meet my goals I can look back on all the work I've done. I'm excited!!!

As you can tell I enjoy uplifting quotes, puppies, tattoos, boys with beards, and boys with tattoos and beards holding puppies. I'm a simple girl. =)
